Day30

Had IS lectures throughout the entire day. During morning, the dean continued his lecture regarding Chinese Traditional thoughts. In the afternoon, we had lessons at another classroom. Each table has one headphone so that each student can listen clearly to the lecturer. The 2nd lecture was on Chinese wedding and cultures. Surprisingly, feng shui is also included in the lecture. The 2nd lecture was slightly more interesting than the previous one as many videos were used in the presentation.

I think that the Chinese should conduct lectures using presentation with visual reference (E.g videos, pictures). The previous lectures' presentation were too wordy and one can't help but feel like falling into a deep slumber while going through the powerpoint.

Went out for dinner at the 'fake KFC'. Ordered something different today. Grilled chicken burger! I realised something today. When the Chinese brew tea, they will add alot of sugar into the tea to make it sweet. To think that I had been drinking so much tea for the past few days and thought that it would be healthier this way...

Went back to WUST after tabao-ing tang yuan. Saw Jit Siong and Ernest outside the clubhouse. They were playing with photography effects. Thought it was quite fun and joined in as well.
